Restore Balance, Relieve Stress, and Reconnect
Discover the healing power of stillness and gentle movement through our Meditative Seated Yin Yoga sessions, specially designed for veterans. This practice focuses on long-held, seated postures that stretch the body deeply while calming the mind.
Yin Yoga is ideal for all fitness levels and requires no prior yoga experience. Whether you’re seeking to release physical tension, reduce stress, or cultivate mindfulness, this practice is a perfect way to restore balance and recharge your spirit. (Recommended to wear loose clothing in a supported chair)
Our experienced instructor is trauma informed and has customized movements to keep you safe while sitting. We understand the veteran experience and creates a supportive, inclusive environment where you can focus on your well-being online.
