Terms of Use for Veteran Benefits consulting Services

By accessing or using Veteran Benefits Consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. 

Veteran Benefits Consulting provides consulting services to assist veterans and their families in understanding and applying for benefits they may be entitled to. These services may include:

• Education on eligibility requirements
• Guidance on preparing and submitting applications
• Assistance with adjustments

Veteran Benefits Consulting does not guarantee approval of benefits or outcomes.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Be a veteran, an active-duty service member, or an eligible family member.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Non-Affiliation: Veteran Benefits Consulting is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any government agency.
• No Legal Representation: We do not provide legal advice or represent clients in legal matters.
• Results Not Guaranteed: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable guidance, the approval of benefits is determined by the VA or other relevant agencies.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation or additional details.
• Understand that delays or inaccuracies in the information provided may impact the success of your application.

Full payment is due when initiating our services and must be made in full prior to your scheduled appointment.  A missed appointment may be rescheduled up to 7 business days with no additional charge.

You may be entitled to a refund if services are not rendered as agreed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of service. 

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy (link below).  In the event of a data breach members will be notified accordingly. We prioritize safeguarding your data but cannot guarantee absolute security in digital environments. 

All materials, content, and tools provided as part of our services are the property of Veteran Benefits Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission. 

Veteran Benefits Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to denied benefits or delays in processing applications. 

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, including violations of these terms. 

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

 We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
